hi ladies,
when I went to the loo earlier, I heard a clot that had come out of me and landed in the toilet.
I was wondering if it could mean that either I've already got an ovarian cyst or if another one is starting to appear.
I have also noticed that my periods have gone back to being really heavy and painful again like they were before my laparoscopic cystectomy just over 2 years ago.

How did you guys conceive with PCOS? I had 3 babies with spironolactone but for some reason this time around it wont work. anyone know why?

Also its due to my pcos i havent gotten one? If i regulate my hormones, will i get my period?

I want to fast this year for the first time. What are your experiences with pcos and fasting? Its gonna be 40 days, starting feb 14th, till Easter.
I do physical hard work, so i do need my energy.
