What Easy To Do At Home Exercise Routines Work For You?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

Hi ladies

I'm looking for beneficial exercise routines that can easily be done at home.
What has worked for you to regulate periods, lose weight ( I dont need to lose much) and overall body strengthening?
I cant join any classes cause I live in a small town and I work very irregular shifts.

Thank you!

I 3rd the yoga nomination! For those days you are feeling blah, it doesnt take much energy to do but does alot for you. After workout you get an energy buzz rather than feel exhausted. I've read its the ideal workout for PCOS.

I love yoga, because i can do it at home whenever i want and can control the intensity (take it easy on bad days). When i'm practicing regularly, i notice an increase in strength and energy, feel calmer and lose a bit of weight. Hope this works for you! x

Hi Lizzie...

I've recently taken up yoga at home, because my area doesn't have any classes either.
So I got a DVD or I do yoga to some YouTube videos.

Haven't seen any changes in weight but I do feel much better...
