Taking hormones probably won't help because PCOS is an endocrine problem. There's already a hormone problem. Adding more hormones won't help the situation. My first internal medicine doctor tried to help with hormone therapy. It helped with some of the symptoms but at that time neither of us knew I have PCOS. After my present endocrinologist and on/gyn diagnosed me, there was no talk of hormone therapy.

Its just generally because their facial hair goes while taking hormone tablets. I tried normal hormone tablets but it won't go. The tablets they take might work for me too. Make me more feminine too.

My unwanted hair growth hasn't been affected by birth control (if thats the hormones you're referring to). The hormones and treatments transgender people go thru are different then those for PCOS.
