Is SOY Milk Ok For Us Or Not?

Ive been reading and some say soy milk is ok while others say it isn't as it produces phyestrogens, dont think i spelt that right lol
Im drinking almond soy milk right now so if anyone has any knowledge on this please let me know asap! :)

Alpro almond milk is fine- either the roasted or the sweetened/ unsweetened one. You can also get hazelnut milk from alpro too- nice in coffee- a bit like hazelnut syrup taste!

I use alpro roasted unsweetened almond milk. I think it's nice in coffee, oats and just to drink.

Yeah i want to get pregnant so almond apro milk, is that any different??

Soy effects ovulation, so depends if getting pregnant is high on your list or not. I don't want children so will have soy now I know it's not going to make me fatter or hairier!
