I use the internet cheapy sticks. They are some times hard to read but they are far more accurate for (some) PCOS gals than the digital or the monitors. I have also found a lot of them say not to use if you have PCOS due to increased levels of certain hormones. The most accurate way would be to take your temp every morning when you wake up before getting out of bed with a basil body thermometer. I hope you can find some or have found some info already that helps!
