Is it normal to have burst of anger and crying?

It's not often. But the littlest things will set me off some times but when asked why I'm so worked up I can't even explain why it made me that upset.

I get this all the time , I find that it's extremely worth just before my period .

Yes it's normal all a part of pcos .. sometimes I get so mad that my body just won't work right .. just no ur not alone
