I conceived my first child with Clomid. While trying to conceive a second child using Clomid, I had a miscarriage. After the miscarriage, I did several more cycles of Clomid with no success. I had better success and ovulated way earlier using Femara.

I had success with Clomid with my first pregnancy. However, it's worth mentioning that it didn't help with my second pregnancy at all - I had gone off of it for several months before getting pregnant with my second child. I honestly think Metformin and trying to relax about conceiving helped more than the Clomid.
