What Do You Find Helpful To Get Rid Of Facial Hair?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I’ve tried metformin, spironolactone, birth control(pills & patch). I lost 30lbs also. I just can’t seem to slow the growth of my facial hair.

I've read so many positive things about Flaxseed and how much it helps with stopping hair growth. It's way cheaper than Laser treatments. You can get the powder kind and put in a drink or the seeds and put them on a salad or etc. I will get some this week and let you know if it works. I hope to see some results within a month after consistent use.

Laser hair removal by a dermatologist office. It permanently removed hair if it's targeted at the right growth phase (I've had hair never come back after 1-3 treatments). Also, VANIQA (topical cream) prescribed by a doctor or dermatologist slows it down too...

I'm on spironolactone. I've been following Melissa Ramos on facebook and she has a face mask that she says helps. You might google her and face mask to see what comes up. She has a youtube video about it.
