Hi, Yes! I went on a gluten free diet and that improved A LOT! I dont have celiac disease, what my doctor told me is that my body is just sensitive to gluten. No eating gluten was a journey, it took me a while to understand it all and how it was affecting my body, it was a change in life style.
One thing that I've found that with PCOS is that the diet for every body is different but one thing that does effect it is gluten and wheat. So maybe try and cut that down and see how it goes?
