I have PCOS, and for years didnt use birth control. I have always had irregular periods, sometimes going a year without them. I read online that I should avoid Glutenand red meat...I cut out gluten and all meats for 3 months...Bam, I was pregnant, lost weight and felt amazing. 3 years later I tried the diet again, Bam! Pregnant once again. <3
