i take a women's multi vitamin, B12, Vitamin D and spironolactone, getting ready to start Ovasitol soon. Waiting for it to come in the mail. Read so many good things about it helping with weight loss and other PCOS related issues.

I'm on metformin for PCOS, and it's supposed to help in weight gain. I haven't seen a different so far with it, but I haven't been on it for very long (though it did seem to help get my cycle on track back when I was trying to get pregnant). I went to my doctor, and she prescribed phentermine and referred me to a weight loss clinic. Phentermine helped me lose a lot of weight in the past. See a doctor! It's hard to take that step and get on a scale, but it's better than sitting around thinking about weight gain all the time.
