B6 Vit, Iron And Maybe Ovasitol? Anyone Else Tried Any Of These?

I have absent periods, and usually only get them with medication. Had a m/c in April after IVF and since then did not take any meds to have a cycle. recently read about B6 vit being good for PCOS and doc always says that im low on iron. have a hard time taking meds regularly, but have been taking B6 and iron pills every morning regularly for about a month and had a very light period come on its own! I may start taking B6, I already take B12, Vitamin D, and waiting on my shipment of Ovasitol too...hoping I will get some really good noticeable changes with it.

A nurse told me all of the b vitamins are helpful for pcos especially b6 and b12

im not on B12, i think i will start that too. I started ovasitol 4 days ago - taste is fine, no stomach irritation yet (have already adjusted to metaformin so maybe thats why) but i know its to early to notice any other changes lol! here is hoping for the best!
