Maca has helped me get regular periods and ovulate, it's also great for the adrenal glands and balancing blood sugar. Love it! It really helps with hormonal symptoms. I also tried vitex, have heard good things about it but it didn't do much for me. For me raspberry leaf tea as well as inositol for blood sugar balance made the biggest difference. Raspberry is great to treat infertility and promote ovulation and regulate periods

Yes I used maca powder. Always pay attention to how you feel though, not everyone does well with the same herbs! Berberine is a great herb as well, but only take for a short amount of time because it can alter your gut bacteria as it is antimicrobial so no more than 3 months at a time. Magnesium and omega 3 have also been shown to be effective in PCOS and chromium is great for blood sugar balancing. Also start with your diet though it's the most important !

I have heard good things about the vitex. I been doing my research in it as I would like to try it out myself. Good luck!

I have never tried anything for periods except for birth control to start my periods. And once I was almost done taking them I would always start. Have you ever tried birth control?

Yes omega 3 is vital for PCOS! Also managing your blood sugar, my must haves are omega 3, inositol, vitamin D, and magnesium
