Acupuncture has helped me greatly with PCOS and she also makes me an herbal tea as well to drink which has help more than metformin or anything other doctors have tried to do.

So who I went to specializes with fertility/menstral issues. I updated my nurse at the fertility group and she did they actually recommend it! If insurance covers it, I would definitely look into it.

No it actually consists of 4 chinese herbs that she makes at the office. I have heard Raspberry leaf is good though!
