Check out saw palmetto, vitamin d + calcium, and spearmint - all can help lower testosterone which is usually the cause.

Spironolactone, my doctor prescribed it about three weeks ago and i gotta say it is already working. It has also helped with my acne but it does give me really bad dry mouth. If youre looking for a more natural approach i had some success with spearmint tea and a calcium supplement. You will most likely be more successful going over options with your doctor, unfortunately youll have to do alot of trial and error before you find what works best for your body. Good luck and best wishes!
