Hi! Figuring out what your body needs is a never ending battle! Unfortunately, even doctors are not nutritionists and probably dont know what you need either. But keep asking questions anyway! I've tried a number of things to help with energy. Balancing my diet has helped the most but been the hardest. Lots of trial and error - I found out keto is not for me, but shifted to a moderate carb diet and that is working great. I've had to shift my protein sources away from anything with traditional dairy - so my protein shake is now a vegan protein instead of whey protein. Using a food journal made all of this possible to track and make sense of - I use myfitnesspal. Vitamin b12 has helped a lot with energy and mood - I take a B-complex. Vitamin D can help - but it made me incredibly moody, so I stopped taking that until I can get a test to confirm if I need it. Try not to beat yourself up if you dont have the energy to exercise regularly. Weightloss is usually 80% diet, 20% exercise anyway. I walk 20-30 minutes a day and that's about it - I do try to increase my calories burned daily by doing little things, like parking further away, getting up every hour at work, taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Little habits can make a big difference! We are all here for you!
