Is it better to stick to a ‘non diary or gluten’ diet?
I did no breads, very low carb and no dairy, the weight just fell of me too!
For myself I found less carbs helped me when dieting. Change to brown pasta. No potatoes or bread either and no processed foods and 4 stone just fell off me. I know everyone is different but I hope this helps
I do low carb no dairy and mostly gluten free. Some veggies affect some people too. Might be an idea to keep a list and find out which foods trigger bloating.
