I keep getting tinging sensations in my lower abdomen like it is coming from my left ovary. Sad to say, I really dont know what ovulation feels like but I dont think it's that because it happens more frequently than that.

I wouldn't worry to much Hun, I used to get this a lot and it happened like yours to frequently to be ovulation although I do feel ovulation and it's super painful for me. I haven't Had this pain in a long time so it got me thinking could you have inflamed ovary! Just I got this pain when I had a ovary double the size it should have been! Then I took red raspberry leaf tabs for 3 cycles and my ovary went back to normal size and since then I no longer get this pain. Maybe speak to ya GP and ask for a scan to check ya ovaries xx

My professor who has her doctorate in physiology said that ovulation feel like a pinching pain. Tingling reminds me of nerve pain. I’m not a medical doctor so you talk to your doctor about it. It could also be your cysts.

I too experience something similar. In my lower-right quadrant I constantly feel a warmth, yet tingly/painful spot - I can even trace it exactly with a marker. I just assume my right ovary is more sensitive and maybe it is filled with too many cysts. During/after/ even a little before ovulation there's always pain but always my right side.
