I was diagnosed with PCOS about 14 years ago. I've struggled with diets and what works best? Could some please share what has worked best for you or what is best for Pcos?

I agree with @A myPCOSteam Member, it is a lot of trial and error. I found limiting sugar and increasing protein helps me. Mostly, just staying active on a daily basis really helps with my symptoms.

Different strokes for different folks. I had to go thru lots of trial and error. I stay away from dairy, limit my carbs to 150g per day, and watch my sugars. Other than that I eat mostly what i want within moderation. I track my calories on myfitnesspal. Getting proper sleep has also been huge for me. I use a magnesium supplement to help get me to sleep.

I have found some success with the Paleo diet. It keeps my symptoms mostly at Bay including digestive and stomach issues. I have decent energy and I find the diet to be manageable and I don't feel deprived.
