Healthy eating can be difficult after a PCOS diagnosis. Often times women will gain weight or experience difficulty losing weight. Changing your diet can be challenging to undertake. Finding the motivation to eat right when you have PCOS is best done alongside others with PCOS who understand the obstacles and rewards.
