Pain In Ovary

Last two days ive had pain mostly in right ovary feels just heavy and a little uncomfortable, had the same last month, hip and back aches also slightly uncomfortable sex, which never happens unless i have this pain. Im hoping its nothing serious can anyone shed some light on this.
Doctor once said ovulation pain but i dont think i do ovulate 😫

I have endometriomas aswel so doctor has referred me for another scan before my fertility clinic appointment, so scary. Doc dontknow why im so dizzy.. useless!!!

Yeah me neither. Some suggested it on a Facebook group so i started testing when i got the pains and sure enough ovulation. It's not so bad for me while my cycle is kinda regular dreading the next period and ovulation today is cd111

Really? Its the third day now im left feeling a little beaten up inside. I completely forgot to even do an ovulation test, sorry for tmi but im even a little achy downstairs lol i never knew ovulation could lead to pain and discomfort

I get similar pains during ovulation. Difficult to pin point as by the time i get to see the doctor its over but i have tracked using opks on those days and it seems correct for me
