Im pretty much the same as you hun, never know when my next cycle will come, and have not had one since july 2018, and that was the only one ive had since Coming off contraception in Nov 2017. Temping is a good idea, i am going be buying a BBT, if i dont catch pregnant this time around. What made me check with an OPK was i had cramping, achy breasts and EWCM for a couple of days, more than usual as this is normal for me. OPK turns out to be positive. Checking cervix position is good too, but im still trying to get my head around that as most of the time, i dont know what i am looking for lol. Oh i also use the ovia app to log whatever i need to as well, it seems to help me a lot. Good luck hun, i hope it gets sorted out for you soon xxx
