Hi everyone, Im 177 pounds and i have to be 150 or at least 156 before taking medication, need a successful diet plan which u try and it worked with u,( i dont have my period sense Sep. so....), my next apointment is after a month .. please?.

I use juice plus a lot of doctors recommend it to their patients

Yeah, typically they're not healthy but I use the "Advanced Nutrition" Slimfast powder (one gram sugar and high protein) and mix it into my almond milk. It's fast but filling...I drink one for breakfast and one for lunch and a light dinner (salad or soup).

Veganism and Slimfast shakes are helping me diet-wise but I have not been exercising like I should be.
