Hi Ladies, I have an upcoming appointment with my primary care doctor in the next few days and Im Just unsure on how to talk about everything that has been going on. I felt very similar before I was diagnosed with my gluten sensitivity. I was exhausted all the time and I had horrible nausea and bloating constantly. I was going to the bathroom 5-8 times a day with bowel movements. I know this may be tmi and gross but does your poop seem sticky? Apparently it’s very common when you have a gluten issue. I was so exhausted all the time it was ruining my life. I would have to sleep 10 hours a day and take a 45 minute nap every day on lunch. I had horrible mind fog too. I had body aches towards the end with headaches. I always felt like I was coming down with the flu.

Once when I quit gluten I felt so much better. My nausea stopped 4 days after I quit eating gluten. I lost two inches of bloating off of my waist in about a month and a half. My flu like symptoms went away and I gained my energy back! Plus my bad mind fog went away. That’s my story I hope you feel better soon! I know how you feel and it’s frustrating. I delt with all of these issues for 8 years and my old obgyn kept on saying that all my symptoms were pcos related.
