Low carb, gluten free I've had suggested. I do feel better eating less carbs I've noticed, not as bloated or sluggish

hey jenn.. wow didn't know flexeril had gluten in them! wow we are so similar!
funnie enough that is the only thing i can take for pain... allergic to tylenol or acetaminophen.... makes me very ill and the only pain reliever safe while ttc!
i took two flexeril the day i had my HSG because you have odd cramps the rest of the day and oddly enough the procedure although unexplained, can help increase fertility over the next 3 months! crazy how the body works
i too dealt with sleep apnea and the best "cure" for me was weight loss...
i couldn't bring myself to wear that mask ( and my apnea was mild compared to others who stopped breathing over 1 minute multiple times a night!)
so i took another approach to get off an anxiety med that made me gain and keep the pnds on forever no matter how much i exercised and cut back on sugar... also have an amazing doctor who go me onto a med called naltrexone...
my body didn't not want metformin or many other drugs ... this is actually for alcohol addiction or opioid addiction but it helps craving so works as both appetite suppressant and helps boost anti anxiety med which we're cutting back now as both are not suggested for use while pregnant.... so starting to cut back now... food and sugar is the hardest part in major changes to lifestyle as my DH is a wonderful cook but not the best at understanding the rules suggested in dairy, sugar , red meat etc. all "dirty foods for pcos" and insulin resistance...
i was all ready to order the pcos diet plan from kim campbell but i don't trust pay pal and that's the only way to order her books and plans... she is awesome though and sent me a free download of guidelines along with a personal message! see so many ppl willing to teach /help and aren't set up as just another miracle plan or cash grab!
thanks again for your help and info... if you wouldn't mind sending me the link to your "cheat sheet" i'd love that...
chat soon <3 xx jenn
p.s. have heard cucumber in your water is a great detox!... how's it taste! lol

Just saw this now😉 I found a PCOS Diet cheat sheet that I found from Kimberly Campbell that has been working well for me so far. I also have significant issues with artificial sweeteners and have to just avoid sugar completely now. It's only been difficult when it comes to my organic very berry tea 🍵 I'm considering trying a teaspoon of organic honey 🍯. I was also adding cucumber with lemon juice to my water and discovered that I have a citrus allergy. Oddly enough everytime I had citrus fruit I'd also get a tooth infection. Apparently it was causing inflammation that would allow infection in through the gums. It also caused my muscles to become completely lethargic and a very swollen throat too. That's 3 new allergies within a month. I also found out that the muscle relaxers cyclobenzaprine, my doctor had been prescribing me for years have gluten in them. I took 1 last night to help me relax and sleep, but instead ended up in severe stomach pain and as a result was up all night. My hubby's untreated sleep apnea didn't help either. Lol 😂 Needless to say that we were at the doctors this morning and he's going back to the sleep clinic finally ready to get the mask. Finally he may stop snoring loud enough to wake the dead. So, I may start to get more sleep soon. 5 hours a night is my average. 😴 The folic acid has been working overtime to convert those carbs & proteins into enough energy to keep me from falling flat on my face. Lol 😂
