Asking For Possible Answers..

A myPCOSteam Member asked a question šŸ’

Since August Iā€™ve been fighting nausea. Occasionally I battle with nausea off and on since last year. Iā€™ve had plenty of tests done that my doctor can think of rn. Sheā€™s tested me for h pylori. Iā€™ve had an ultrasound. The only thing I can think of is it is an effect from being on the ozempic injection. Iā€™ve never battled nausea like how itā€™s been lately. For AUGUST I had to stop going to the gym, I couldnā€™t do more than 30 minutes without feeling nauseous. Iā€™ve also had an increase in appetiteā€¦ read more

Ohh yeah I missed that about the Ozempic! Iā€™ve never taken it but have heard that could contribute as well. And I didnā€™t think about that but that makes alot of sense @A myPCOSteam Member ! Cause Iā€™mā€¦ read more

No Periods

Concord, NC

Anyone else NEVER get a period?

I only do when I take Provera.

I have already tried Metformin, Vitex, weight loss, exercise, clean eating. Still have never had a cycle on my own.

I just started taking inositol, so I'll give that a shot for a few months to see if that helps at all. Any other ideas? Is there anything you have been able to do to naturally get a period?

Iā€™m the same.,.I havenā€™t had a period in so long and Iā€™m trying to regulate my hormones so I can get one..I know of a YouTuber who had pcos and she didnā€™t have her period for 6 years die to pcos

Has Anyone Ever Had A Questionnaire Sent To You After You Have Ordered A Repeat Prescription From Your Doctor's?

A myPCOSteam Member asked a question šŸ’
England, UK

Earlier today I reordered my monthly repeat prescription for my medication.
Once I'd finished writing down all of my medication and what I need them for and how much and how often I take them, I clicked on the next button and one questionnaire popped up asking about my moods (I have been diagnosed with depression but it's not because of my PCOS), which I filled in and then I got another one about my periods, which I filled in to.
I was surprised to get them as I've never had one before.

I'm sorry you're going through such a tough time. If I seen any interesting articles on cortisol, I'll pass them along.

Abnormal Bleeding !

A myPCOSteam Member asked a question šŸ’
New York, NY

Hello Everyone!

Has anyone else experienced prolonged bleeding while having PCOS?? Iā€™ve had this ā€œperiodā€ since December 2017 and was recently put on birth control to stop the bleeding due to becoming anemic. Iā€™ve had a Pap smear and it came back ā€œnormalā€. Is there something out there (besides birth control) I can take to stop this issue?

Thank you,
Monica
