Anyone else NEVER get a period?
I only do when I take Provera.
I have already tried Metformin, Vitex, weight loss, exercise, clean eating. Still have never had a cycle on my own.
I just started taking inositol, so I'll give that a shot for a few months to see if that helps at all. Any other ideas? Is there anything you have been able to do to naturally get a period?
Iām the same.,.I havenāt had a period in so long and Iām trying to regulate my hormones so I can get one..I know of a YouTuber who had pcos and she didnāt have her period for 6 years die to pcos
Iām on day 4 of this new routine and Iām ready to give up. I have a check list of what I have to do and I donāt want to do it anymore.
i couldn't even start it š i need someone's help
I had my GP appointment yesterday and because what feels like my lymph nodes around my armpit and breast are swollen. I was also thinking it could be hormonal as i know breast tissue changes often with PCOS, its just iāve never suffered with so many swollen lymph nodes for this long before. I noticed them in January. Feeling a little drained and deflated.
I literally feel like a menapaise woman
Hello Everyone!
Has anyone else experienced prolonged bleeding while having PCOS?? Iāve had this āperiodā since December 2017 and was recently put on birth control to stop the bleeding due to becoming anemic. Iāve had a Pap smear and it came back ānormalā. Is there something out there (besides birth control) I can take to stop this issue?

Monica

I struggle with my weight so badly. It's frustrating I eat small portions, exercise, and eat mostly non- processed food, I don't know what else to do I lost a bunch and then gained it all back and then some and I didn't do anything differently. I've also had 6 miscarriages. I'm so frustrated with my body and even with antidepressants I feel suicidal. People are so mean to me because of my weight and try as I might I just keep going up. I was on metformin and it made my depression and anxiety goā¦ read more

I had electrolysis for years... no, decades! The removal was permanent for my few chest hairs, but my chin hairs always grew back. The worst part of that was I couldn't shave because theā¦ read more
