I have been steadily losing weight since the beginning of the winter, I started exercising for at least 30 mins at least 2 a week, I try to do every day but depending on my pain levels this isn't always possible. I was losing weight at a steady encouraging pace from 203 down to 161 in about seven months, but now I seem to be stuck teetering between 160 and 173 and can't seem to keep my weight loss momentum going. Any suggestions on how to get back on track? I am at a loss
I'm at 180 now but my baby is 5 months old. Before that I was in the same boat with being stuck at not going below 168 pounds
I feel that! Iām the same way! I just try to find new healthy foods that I enjoy and new workouts that can keep my fit and entertained. Good luck!
