I use a heating pad when I’m in pain. I get pain in my lower back, butt, and pelvis.

My husband just rubs my back , tells me I’m pretty, and waits it out. Lol

It’s weird but my
Periods are getting shorter and shorter. Frequency in between periods longer. I’m about 40-45 days and only two days for my cycle. Only 2 days. I was 3 for 6 months after stopping birth control. My doctor hasn’t given me a straight answer if I’m starting early menopause yet but things dont quite appear to be right.
