Ouch. Progesterone will help with inducing your period. For the pain, some ice or witch hazel. I used to get this pain and itch right in the opening of my vagina right before my period. I used to sit in a warm tub with epsom salt with lavender in it.

I used to get yeast infections before my period before I got my insulin resistance under control.

There is a pill that the doctors can prescribe to bring on your period. And I also get pain in my vagina, although for me its worst when my husband and I make love. But I get it almost all the time. I dont have any advice about the pain but it's good to know I'm not alone.
