Trying To Get Pregnant .... Need Advice With Supplements To Support Best Fertility
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

Looking for some advice .... I have been diagnosed with PCOS since 2005. My husband and I have been trying IUI with a combo of meds and injections with our fertility doctor for almost a year now (6 actual procedures) and now they are saying we will have to try IVF and we are just checking out all our options.

I have heard that taking inositol and folic acid help but I see supplements like https://drewbairdfitness.com/ or MYO &D-Chiro Insoitol or https://www.leslabs.com/products/fertility-health… read more

I take prenatal vitamins (gummies), myo inositol with d chiro inosito pills, cinnamon supplements, fish oil (O mega 3), daily fibers powders, and probiotics.

I just order protgerone cream. I heard great reviews about using the cream. I'm try it.

The supplements makes me feel energized and helping me to lose weight. I feel less tired and improving my sleeping patterns. I go back to my PCP in the next 2 months to check my blood work.
