Lately, I have times where i cant think or concentrate and my head just feels empty or like jello. Not really sure how to explain it. But it makes it hard to think And stay sane. The doctor says its because of pcos. It feels like im just going through the motions of everyday as a reflex instead of actually doing. Low carb has seemed to lift some of the fog.

I take zoloft for the anxiety and vitamin d supplements also. They seem to work ok for me

I have horrible brain fog when my thyroid is not on point. I have anxiety outside of my PCOS diagnosis but the #1 thing that helped my anxiety was Vitamin D supplements. It is critical for the production of serotonin.
I take effexor and zoloft for my anxiety, but I can tell when my anxiety spikes that its diet or hormones.
They diagnosed me with adult ADHD but I have to wonder how much is really my adrenals and hormones......🤔
