Hey, I've found that Keto helps with weightloss, but for us with PCOS it can be difficult. It can be more difficult for us because when we have a craving it's extreme compared to those without PCOS. The key is to always have a healthy snack to curb those cravings. And it most definitely does help to have someone beside you who can encourage you along the way.
