I liked Kym Cambells 30 day PCOS challenge, theres a Facebook group to go along with it and it helped with healthy habits! Good luck!

I’ve done low carb and Also added intermittent fasting with it but only fasting from 6pm-8am and have lost 15lbs in a month

I drink raspberry green tea every morning and for lunch its been helping me not eat and i feel more energetic

Hey, I've found that Keto helps with weightloss, but for us with PCOS it can be difficult. It can be more difficult for us because when we have a craving it's extreme compared to those without PCOS. The key is to always have a healthy snack to curb those cravings. And it most definitely does help to have someone beside you who can encourage you along the way.
