Has anyone tried the OMAD diet?..I hear it's pretty good for PCOS
Tbh one meal a day isn’t good for you because you are starving your body of the nutrients that it needs. The 5-6 small meals used to always work for me. But now that I live paycheck to paycheck it’s harder to do that. So I kinda do one meal a day but by the time I eat I am starving so I shove my mouth with food and it’s not good.
I would be so hangry doing one meal a day. I took metformin so it also made my blood sugars too low to do any kind of fasting diets
I’ll need to research this! I’m seriously considering a plant-based diet!
