Its Vagina steaming recommended for PCOS? have any of you ladies tried it before? I have done it a couple of time not sure if its actually doing anything yet.

I know from people that it is beneficial but they saw the benefits after their third visit. Might be different for everyone. Iā€™d reach out to your OBGYN
