Has anyone gotten pregnant while on birth control pills? If so, can you tell me your symptoms? Ive been on birth control for about 6 months.. but my period was like spotting. Im also very nausous, heartburn crazy, lower abdominal and pelvic pressure, headaches, & sore lower back and neck.

I did. I was on birth control and using film. I had lost alot of weight within a few months. I was feeling sick and getting dizzy spells. Went to the dr thinking I was seriously ill and turned out I was pregnant. The massive loss in weight threw my hormones in hyperdrive and over powered my bc.
