Do I Need To See My Doctor About Taking Supplemtent?
I was thinking about trying some supplemnts but unsure wether if I need to speak to my doctor or If I could just go out and buy them.
My doctor always asked what I was taking but said he couldn't medically reccomend anything since theyre not technically medications. I always ran them by him though to make sure there were no interferences.
