I have been constantly bleeding since the end of march, I lost my job shortly before I started bleeding and I havent gotten insurance yet with my new job. It has started to get heavy the last couple days and I'm just considering a hysterectomy. Has anyone been dealing with this? What have you been doing to help?
Hi! I too have constant bleeding. Or if not a man actually period it’s spotting all the time. It’s so frustrating. Birth control never worked for me. It seems as I get older it’s getting worse. I will say both of my docs, family doc and gyno both told me to lose weight these past few years. And I still haven’t done it, so I could prob help myself that way. But it’s just so hard. (5’7” 220lbs). You’re not alone.
I've had it before for 2 months straight. Went to a hospital, they sent me to another and the other hospital sent me home and told me to wait it out like wtf? As far as I know, hysterectomies won't cure PCOS, and idk how true it is, but women that have PCOS and hysterectomies tend to have more effects afterwards because of the hormones. I honestly don't know, I was told I was "too young" for one when I wanted one, and now (probably considered still too young) I'm petrified of being put to sleep for any procedure.. I wish you well on your journey and hope you get the answers that you need
