I have periods of 60 days and longer going on and off with alot of bleeding or no bleeding at all, but with al the period cramps that (unfortuantly for me) also go through my back so getting a heat pad for one part isn't working.

I had a period that lasted 3 months but i hadnt gotten my period for a whole year prior to it. I had to take pills to cut the period.
My pcos is extremely bad right now
