I was diagnossed with PCOS a year or so ago, and my periods have been really irregular and somestimes there is no blood. Is that normal?
Very normal. You want to bleed every now and then though so you dont have ahigh cancer risk. You can take progesterone only pills, you take one a day for 10 days then you should start a period. Or you can do birth control.
If you are not bleeding, your body is not producing progesterone
Its very normal for pcos. I do believe that your doctor should be able to put you on something to see a regular cycle.
