Spotting
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

Been spotting for a week & nauseous & kind of crampy. Not sure whats going on. I usually only get a period every 3 or 4 months, but inositol has given me one normal period and now this? Not sure how to feel or what to do..

I normally have a period every 3-4 months and started taking the Intimate Rose Inositol. I was so excited because I had my first cycle that lasted 35 days.... and then the period for the new cycle lasted 12 days, I spotted everyday for two months after that, and then had the worst 25 day period I’ve ever had. When I went to see my doctor, she confirmed that I had yet another anovulatory cycle and the inositol wasn’t seeming to work like I needed it to. Definitely monitor what your body is doing and take those notes with you to your doctor if it gets worse.
