Does Anyone Get Lower Leg And Feet Swelling?

My lower leg swells everyday mostly on my side right side sometimes my foot swells as well

You are not alone. My ankles used to swell so much. I also work 50-60 hours a week in the restaurant so I’m on my feet all the time. I stopped drinking soda other than the occasional coke with a mean, and have had a huge reduction in how often it happens. Usually when it does, it’s after a night of drinking 🙄.

I can’t really say what causes mine to flare and swell up because it basically everyday when I work I had blood work down yesterday so I’ll see how that goes but it’s definitely been swelling for atleast a year now hard to walk on sometimes

Ive been taking calm to stay relaxed. Also CBD for the attacks

It’s definitely good to know I’m not alone I get so depressed and tired at times it’s getting to you he point where I have panic attacks twice a week
