Jawline/Chin Acne Recommendations

Jawline/Chin Acne Recommendations

Does anyone have any recommendations for products to clear jawline/chin acne? I'm trying to conceive and have been off birth control for almost a year now and my skin is breaking out and I get white heads and blackheads constantly now. When I treat the pimples, my skin gets red, itchy, and flaky instead so it feels like a losing battle. I need something vegan and cruelty free and safe for conception/pregnancy. Any advice?

Dim is good for balancing hormones! Vitex berry is also excellent too (I prefer Gaia brand)
If you want a topical I use niacinamide at Ulta. Your acne is mostly caused by your hormones not being in balance still. Most doctors stick to using progesterone only during certain times of the cycle, but progesterone can be taken all month long. It is progesterone that balances out the testosterone hormone naturally in the body.

I have no idea, thats probably a question for your Dr.
technically the estrogen pills i take are a dietary supplement, so i dont think it would interfere, but you still probably want to talk with your Dr. anyways, just to be safe! Here is a pic of my estrogen pills, you dont need a prescription for them

Try cetaphil face clearer, apple cider vinger or freeman face wash.

I use Estrogen pills for the same thing during my period week, because dueing that time my hormones act up the same way they did before i started birth control. My acne/pimples are caused by higher testosterone, one of the main symptoms of my PCOS, and the estrogen pills help control the testosterone and give my hormones the balance they need so that my acne/pimples arent so bad. If you are interested, i can send a picture of what i use

Taking inositol powder decreased my acne. I was having a lot building up under and on my jawline and chin. Inositol got rid of most of that for me , brought my period back and decreased my cravings and bouts of hunger. X
