Part of my symptoms related/unrelated were also a constant yeast infection that was constantly being misdiagnosed. My labs are normal and not showing signs of being pre/diabetic. I dont struggle with it anymore. I think for me it was a combination of lifestyle changes as well as those supplements. Im prrtty sure I had candidae overgrowth in my gut so I cut out a lot of processed sugar and that helped also!

I only use them when my balance is off or I have a lot of discharge or an odor. It gets rid of it in 2-3 days. Its a pill you insert at night before you go to sleep. You can use as many as you need until you see results. Amazon has them cheaper than in the store.

I get BV alot. I have noticed when I eat fried food or unhealthy food, my balance is way off. Have you tired boric acid? Its a brand called PhD and they have it. My doctor told me about it so I don't have to keep coming in. It keeps the good bacteria and gets rid of the bad kind. It might work for yeast infections too.

Thank you ! Going from never had one to having one almost weekly was a bit of a lifestyle change. I’ll give these a try ! Would you say these put them at bay or just not as frequent ,
