Anyone Experience Chronic Yeast Infection And Found Natural Ways To Solve ?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I was recently diagnosed with pcos after a frustrating few months of not having a period for multiple months as we were preparing to try for a second little one. Part of my symptoms related/unrelated were also a constant yeast infection that was constantly being misdiagnosed. My labs are normal and not showing signs of being pre/diabetic. I have changed my diet regardless and it seems to slightly help but does anyone found any natural ways to help solve versus going on a weekly dose of medicine… read more

I dont struggle with it anymore. I think for me it was a combination of lifestyle changes as well as those supplements. Im prrtty sure I had candidae overgrowth in my gut so I cut out a lot of processed sugar and that helped also!

I only use them when my balance is off or I have a lot of discharge or an odor. It gets rid of it in 2-3 days. Its a pill you insert at night before you go to sleep. You can use as many as you need until you see results. Amazon has them cheaper than in the store.

Thanks ! Do you take regularly or only as you feel like it’s coming on ?

I get BV alot. I have noticed when I eat fried food or unhealthy food, my balance is way off. Have you tired boric acid? Its a brand called PhD and they have it. My doctor told me about it so I don't have to keep coming in. It keeps the good bacteria and gets rid of the bad kind. It might work for yeast infections too.

Thank you ! Going from never had one to having one almost weekly was a bit of a lifestyle change. I’ll give these a try ! Would you say these put them at bay or just not as frequent ,
