What Can Cause Testosterone Increase?

I found out that I have PCOS in august 2021. At the time of those original labs my total testosterone was at 43. I got tested last week and it’s increased to 62 despite the fact I’ve been trying to do all the things - eat healthy, move more, taking Ovasitol and lots of supplements. Has anyone had any experiences of things that have increased their T-levels?
