Over the past year or so, I've been spotting nonstop when I'm not full-on having Aunt Flo visiting
One doctor suggested taking 4 ibuprofen 3 times a day. I tried that and it didn't long-term help.
My doctor and I tried adding a mixed hormone pill on top of my implant. It worked but only for a month.

I took a break before going back. They gave me a different estrogen-having pill that my body did not react well to. 2/3 through the pack I had extremely depressive thoughts. I stopped taking them.

I have not.

I got my birth control implant out and I finally stopped bleeding just recently.

My only concern is if I change to an IUD. Will I start bleeding again?

What teas were you thinking?
I recently read about spearmint helping testosterone and androgens... But I've not read up on it more yet.
