I do keto. High protein and fat and very low carbs, between 18-25 carbs a day. I have barely started but have lost 8 lbs and decreased my cycle length by 3 days. I started June 30th. I am not over weight but also not thin.

The amount of protein is based on body weight. If you’re eating high protein, one article I read online recommended 1.4 lbs X kg of your bodyweight.
