What’s the best hair shampoo and conditioner for hair. Or some advice that can help me grow my hair. My hair is thinning out and I can’t do anything with it anymore.

I tried caster oil, but it didnt help me. But perhaps it will help you.

Ive washed my hair 3 times a week for 3 weeks and noticed my hair was getting thicker. But with my job i have to wash it every day. I use shampoo and conditioner in 1 and 1 a week a mask
