Chronic Pain?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I feel a lot of muscular pain and inflammation in my body. It worsens when I don’t take care of my PCOS. Is anyone else experiencing this?

All the time. I was *genuinely* shocked recently when I learned that daily pain isn't normal for most people. I really thought we were all going through life with at a minimum 1-2 body parts hurting at all times.

Refined carbs are my nemesis, but I love them. Recently it has been gluten. Daily routine of some exercise helps as well. Try drinking half your body weight of water in oz. If you weigh 160lbs. Aim for 80 oz of water a day. It helps me with the muscle pains and headaches.

I've just been diagnosed with it and I don't really know much but I get bad aching muscles and really bad stomach pains. I take muscle relaxants prescribed brom the doctor. Hope this helps
