I've actually joined this support group at church. Its called celebrate recovery. Its helping me so much.the ladies there are so supportful. Its basically. Broke into men's group then women's group. We get together and share...what's going on in our lives. And. I love because it is
Christian based. There are celebrate recoverys in most all churches.
Its a vary blessed ministry.

I would set up an appointment with your ob. What may work for one person may not work for the next. I got tired of my ob not really taking me seriously that I researched supplements to take to help regulate and relieve some of my pcos symptoms. I'm on myo institol with d ciro. I have only been on it a few days but I was on it in the past and it gave me a few cycles.
